October is National Bullying Prevention Month. Keeping kids safe from bullying is critical to their well being. Focusing on class unity can help keep your students ready to learn!

To get kids out of their chairs and focused on being kind to each other, the Pacer Center suggests the Unity Dance. The dance is choreographed to Tristan McIntosh's song, "You Can't Take That Away From Me."

Looking for other ways to promote anti-bullying?

ActivEd is excited to celebrate Unity Day 2016!

Make learning fun and improve outcomes

Walkabouts are online adventures that transform math, language arts, and reading fundamentals into standards-based, movement-rich lessons for Pre-K through second grade students. At ActivEd, we know that kids learn more, are more engaged, and are healthier when they are active both in and out of the classroom.
